I have always loved stories and creating adventurous and exciting characters and worlds. I have created the world of Dream isle with many different characters that I'm thrilled to share with young readers by writing children's books up through middle age stories.

My work is heavily inspired by my favorite stories How to Train Your Dragon, The Legend of Zelda, Pokemon and a little bit of Dungeons and Dragons. I was first inspired to create Dream Isle in seventh grade when I learned it was okay to create stories inspired by your favorites. What started as a place for my favorite characters to interact with the ones I made slowly grew into it's own unique world over the years. A world that had aspects of everything I love about characters and stories. It turned from a fun childhood activity to a place filled with stories I wanted to tell. I had stories I wanted to write but none were the right one to start with until Vampster's Halloween Treat came along.
